Leinster's young guns get a run out against Glasgow!

Leinster travel to Glasgow in a match which will Leinster's reserves, with a huge draw for the Ireland squad.  Conor O'Brien gets his debut at center, while Josh Murphy may get his from the bench. Exciting Jordan Larmour is at full back. It still looks like a pretty good team however. Mr Optimistic here has predicted a loss three weeks in a row, and been wrong each time. Glasgow are going to be even more stretched than Leinster - will it give Glasgow an edge if I say Leinster will win? I hope they do anyway, and it should be really entertaining.

Leinster team: Jordan Larmour, Adam Byrne, Rory O’Loughlin, Conor O’Brien, Dave Kearney, Ross Byrne, Jamison Gibson-Park, Ed Byrne, Seán Cronin, Michael Bent, Ross Molony, Mick Kearney, Scott Fardy, Jordi Murphy, Max Deegan
Replacements: Richardt Strauss, Peter Dooley, Andrew Porter, Josh Murphy, Dan Leavy, Nick McCarthy, Cathal Marsh, Hugo Keenan

Munster should account for the Dragons easily, and Ulster for the Southern Kings. Should be a good match as the Cheetahs travel to Connacht - a bit of good old fashioned west of Ireland weather should help the Galwegians out!

Finally, not good news about our chances for hosting the rugby world cup. Am I the only one who thought all the signals pointed to Ireland? It's a bit of a punt on South Africa, they've already pulled out and re-entered. Anyway, we will see.

Saturday 4th November
