Scott Fardy
Leinster ended up with a bonus point victory over the Cardiff Blues, but they started slowly enough, the same as last week. They normally start the season slow...now it's the games, but as long as they finish fast, I don't mind! After fairly fiddling around for the first 65 minutes, suddenly Sean Cronin, Barry Daly and Nick McCarthy scored tries to blow the score out and give Leinster the BP. Scott Fardy is proving to be a good signing, a big rangy lock/flank, while Toner was in a rich vain of form for this 20th cap. Poor Rob Kearney, injured again after looking sharp again. Off to SA now!
Ulster got a forgettable enough win over Treviso, Munster mostered the Cheetahs, and Connaught struggled a bit but got the BP in the end from the Kings. Alex Wootton's four tries for Munster was not too shabby!
