Champions Cup weekend preview - Leinster and Connacht for the wins this weekend!

Leinster get their 2016 Champions Cup campaign underway at the RDS on Saturday with the visit of Castres Olympique. Castres currently sit in 10th in the Top 14, so even this early in the season you'd have to wonder whether they are going to concentrate on staying in the Top 14 and have a half hearted go at the Champions cup. Whatever decisions they are making, Leinster look good at the moment - strong first team, and a bench nearly as strong. Quality and quantity! So I think we'll start well.

Toulon host Saracens, which should be an almighty batttle!

Connacht have Toulouse coming to town, but do you think the Galwegians are worried about the visit of the four time winners? Not a chance, and if Connacht play like they did last week, this is only going one way. The Sports Ground will be heaving!

Ulster visit Bordeaux in what should be a fantastic contest. It's the Jackson v Madigan show apart from anything else, and Bordeaux are fifth in the Top 14 so they are in good form. Ulster will be so keen to make amends for their wobble last weekend, but this could be a tough ask for them.

Finally another fantastic match as Munster travel to Ronan O'Gara's stomping ground Racing 92. They are going to have to up their performance hugely from last week to get something here. Without James Cronin, their scrum is going to be strongly examined, so realistically a losing BP would be be a good result.
