Four from four for the Irish provinces, even if Leinster are starting with their second choice halfbacks!

 Jonathan Sexton

Leinster are well set for the visit of the Ospreys to the RDS, and have named a strong team. A bit controversially they have gone for their second choice flyhalf/scrumhalf combination with Sexton and McGrath starting. Not really, but Sexton is likely to produce some fireworks to remind everyone who's boss around here! There is serious quality on the bench too, and Leinster have a great home record over teh last few years.

The Ospreys have picked a strong side too, and have been in good form, so it's going to be a hell of a match, with Leinster just shading it.

Leinster: 15 Zane Kirchner, 14 Isa Nacewa (c), 13 Garry Ringrose, 12 Noel Reid, 11 Dave Kearney, 10 Johnny Sexton, 9 Luke McGrath, 8 Jamie Heaslip, 7 Josh van der Flier, 6 Jordi Murphy, 5 Mick Kearney, 4 Devin Toner, 3 Tadhg Furlong, 2 Sean Cronin, 1 Cian Healy
Replacements: 16 James Tracy, 17 Jack McGrath, 18 Mike Ross, 19 Ross Molony, 20 Rhys Ruddock, 21 Dan Leavy, 22 Jamison Gibson-Park, 23 Joey Carbery

Ulster have rolled out the big guns for  Glasgow, that's two fantastic matches on a Friday night. Payne starts, with Best on the bench, and Ulster are really going to have to bring their A game to beat Glasgow who will be desperate to show some form after losing last week, and narrowly beating Leinster. Ulster will do well to win.

I'm expecting Munster to start pulling things together for the visit of Edinburgh, as the Rassie mark starts to emerge on the team.

Finally, Connacht, who can't seem to buy a win this season, travel to Scarlets who have had a pretty desperate start to the season themselves. Connacht to finally come good!
