Leinster give Lazarus a run for his money!

Leinster managed the best comeback since Lazarus to grab a barely deserved draw against Glasgow. It was a woeful first half for Leinster, wretched, dull, uninspiring, watching with interest as Glasgow score tries for fun. Then Matt O’Connor, probably on his last legs at Leinster, worked a bit of magic, the cavalry arrived – (in the shape of two try Boss), and Luke Fitzgerald, Leinster took the lead, but eventually conceded a try to give the match the right result. Madigan was impeccable with the boot, Healy was dynamic, but overall it was so up and down you don’t know what to say. Do we deserve to make the play offs? Hardly.

Ulster got maximum points out of Cardiff,  which I didn’t get to see, but fantastic to hear of the return of Chris Henry.

Finally, Munster got a big win out of Connacht, although it was a pretty close contest for the first 65 minutes. Connacht will be disappointed with how they fell off, but it was going to be really tough for them against a Munster side with their quality players. CJ Stander was outstanding, Keith Earls is getting back to his best, and I think Andrew Smith in midfield has settled the midfield a lot.
